Cancellation by the Client
- Notice: To cancel your order, please provide written notice to us at Mitalikanojiya5@gmail.com as soon as possible.
- Fees:
- If you cancel before we have commenced work on your order, you will not be charged any fees.
- If you cancel after we have commenced work on your order, you will be responsible for paying for the services that have already been rendered.
- If you cancel after the project is completed, you are responsible for the full payment of services.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, which can be found on our website.
Cancellation by JMD Solutions
- We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Provision of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Your website being penalized by search engines
- If we cancel your order, we will provide you with written notice and a refund for any services not yet rendered.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
